PCOS Friendly is an AI-powered food analysis platform designed to help users with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) make informed dietary choices by analyzing food images for sugar content, glycemic index, inflammatory score, hormone impact, fiber content, and processing level.

Our Platform allows you to scan or upload food images for instant AI-powered analysis. Our technology analyzes foods for key metrics relevant to PCOS management including glycemic index, sugar content, inflammatory score, hormone impact, fiber content, and processing level.

b. PCOS Health Metrics

We provide detailed breakdowns of how different foods may affect hormonal health, insulin resistance, and inflammation - key concerns for individuals managing PCOS. These metrics are based on nutritional science and AI analysis.

c. Scan History

Our Platform allows you to save and review your food scan history, helping you track your dietary choices over time and make more informed decisions about your eating habits.

You retain ownership of any food images or content you submit through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze such content solely for the purpose of providing our Services.
